Q: Who is Louis Packing? A: We are a premier manufacturer of jewelry packaging based in China, founded in 2007. We specialize in designing and producing custom jewelry boxes, paper bags, and pouches for global brands.

Q: I couldn’t find the style I like on your website. Can you make it? A: Yes! We offer full OEM/ODM services. If you have a specific design, photo, or illustration, please email it to us. Our engineering team will review it and provide a quotation for your custom project.


🛒 Ordering, Payment & Customization

Q: How can I place an order? Why is there no online checkout? A: As a wholesale manufacturer dealing with bulk custom orders, we do not support direct online checkout to ensure every detail of your customization is correct. To place an order, please contact our sales team via Email: info@louispacking.net or use the Chat Widget on our website. We will create a Proforma Invoice (PI) for you to confirm.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: For B2B bulk orders, we accept T/T (Bank Wire Transfer). For small sample fees, we may accept PayPal.

Q: How can I order a sample? Is it free? A: We highly recommend ordering a sample before mass production.

  • Stock Samples: Free of charge (1-3 pcs), you only need to pay for the shipping cost.

  • Custom Samples: There will be a sample setup fee,  Please contact us to get a sample.

Q: What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)? A: To offer the best factory price:

  • Jewelry Boxes: Generally 500 pcs per design.

  • Paper Bags: Generally 1000 pcs.

  • (MOQ may vary depending on materials and complexity.)


✈️ Shipping & Lead Time

Q: How long does production and shipping take? A: Lead times depend on the order type:

  • In-Stock Items (No Logo): Shipped within 3 business days.

  • Custom Orders: Production typically takes 15-25 business days after design confirmation and deposit.

Q: What shipping methods do you offer? A: We offer flexible shipping solutions based on your budget and timeline:

  • Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 3-5 days (Best for samples).

  • Air Freight: 7-10 days.

  • Sea Freight / China-Europe Railway: 25-40 days (Most cost-effective for bulk orders).

  • DDP Service: We can offer Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) shipping where we handle customs and taxes for you.

Q: How do I calculate shipping costs? A: Shipping rates fluctuate weekly. Please contact us with your order quantity and destination address, and we will provide a current shipping quote.


🛡️ Returns & Exchange Policy

Q: What is your return policy? A: At Louis Packing, we stand by our quality.

  • Quality Issues: If you receive defective products, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos/videos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund for the defective units.

  • Custom Products: Since these are made specifically for your brand, we cannot accept returns for non-quality reasons (e.g., change of mind). We ensure 100% confirmation of the pre-production sample to avoid this.
